It’s essential to use genuine printer ribbons, to clean your printer after every 1,000 prints, and to use high-quality badges or passes. Failure to do so can invalidate your printer’s warranty. Every unforeseen problem needs a solution or backup plan, in a live working environment. If your printer develops a fault, IDAssist Pro subscribers located in Mainland UK receive a printer on loan while we inspect and repair your printer.
